Even small items such as vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and hairdryers are provided and adjacent to the utility room is a double garage which has been converted to a games room.

A highchair, stroller and travel cot are also provided for small children.
The villa is well placed close to a Publix supermarket. A variety of pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes are all within a five minute drive.
